Interstate Route 84 West to Exit # 1 for Port Jervis. At the bottom of the ramp turn left onto Route 6 - immediately come to a 3 way traffic light, veer to the right and pass through the traffic light which puts you on East Main Street in Port Jervis, N.Y.

Follow Main Street through the next 5 traffic lights. At the 5th traffic light (see Homer's Coffee Shop on your right) continue straight and pass by the Lutheran Church (street curves) you will immediately come to a yellow blinking light at the base of a fork (see signs for Rts 97 & 42), drive up the hill on the right side of the fork, which puts you on Route 97 North.

Stay on Route 97 through Sparrowbush; pass by a Martell Home Builder's billboard on your left - continue on Rt. 97 and cross over the scenic overlook called "The Hawk's Nest."

Once you are through the Hawk's Nest continue traveling a short distance and you will see our Martell Home Builder's office model "OPEN" sign on your right. Our office model is a two-story cedar sided colonial with a full covered front porch, just come on in.
